A demon lurks inside the internet, feeding on the worst of us. Now it’s planning to take control.

Yesterday, Adam’s biggest problem was saving his struggling recruitment business. Then an incredibly annoying angel drags him inside the internet and asks him to help combat a rise in destructive emotional energy. (Whatever that’s supposed to mean.)

They also give him a magic power without explaining how to use it. He’s not even special – the angel only picked him because he forgot to update his anti-virus software.

Or is he losing his mind?

But the more he digs, the more he’s convinced it’s not all in his head. An evil presence is deliberately stirring up greed and anger, leading to violence and rioting. Strangers with glowing red eyes threaten him, and his best friends and family become targets too.

Terrified and way out of his depth, Adam might be the only one who can stop the evil before it enslaves the city’s people and takes over the world.
